Hello Wild Thing! My name is Savanna, and I am so excited to bring you along my journey to health and wellness!
My hope is for this site to become a resource for herbal knowledge and recipes, as well as a place to find the herbal products you need or get ideas for creating your own! The home page will continue to house my occasional (and hopefully more often) posts, and I am working to add pages of my available to order products!
I do want to add a disclaimer though – I am NOT a doctor! And while I have a goal set to one day be a clinical herbalist, I am nowhere near that goal right now. I only aim to share things I learn in hopes I might start an herbal spark within someone else. Please always do your own research and consult with a physician or experienced clinical herbalist before starting any herbal products. Herbs are an amazing, more natural way of healing and supporting your body, but they aren’t without caveats. There can be allergic reactions, medication interactions, and more. This is why it is so important to really do your research before adding anything to your daily regimen.
Also, just a cute little side note, let me tell you how “Wild Thing” came about. I have always been a music lover, but unfortunately my taste in music has not always been great 😂. Luckily, I have found myself more and more in love with music from before my time. A song I came across when a local band played a cover gained a whole new meaning when I introduced it to my niece. From the time she was old enough to hold her head up, I would dance around the house with her singing Wild Thing by The Troggs. And now that she is 5, it makes me ever so happy to hear her sweet little voice say “Alexa, play Wild Thing” and her adorable giggle as the opening notes sound and she starts to dance around the room ❤️.
I guess this concludes my introduction. I look forward to seeing you back for new posts, fun recipes, and ordering your favorite items! If you have any interest in health, holistic wellness, herbalism, alternative medicine, or anything of that nature, please consider subscribing to get an email notification when new posts drop. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you have a wonderful day 💕
